The one-time membership fee for accessing the educational resources, practice materials, and support available through 911Dispatcher.MyHiringHub.com is refundable according to the conditions described below.
911Dispatcher.MyHiringHub.com provides independent career preparation resources designed to help candidates better understand common 911 Dispatcher and public safety telecommunicator hiring processes.
You are eligible for a complete refund if:
- You do not achieve a passing score on a required virtual assessment for an entry-level 911 Dispatcher or public safety telecommunicator position, or
- You do not receive a job offer within 30 days after completing the interview process for an eligible position.
Refund requests are reviewed after the required documentation has been submitted and eligibility has been verified.
Candidates requesting a refund based on an unsuccessful assessment result must provide documentation showing the assessment result issued by the hiring agency or employer.
Candidates requesting a refund because no job offer was received after the interview process must provide reasonable documentation confirming participation in the interview process and the related hiring outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days after eligibility has been verified. The time required for funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
911Dispatcher.MyHiringHub.com does not control hiring decisions, assessment scoring, interview selection, job availability, or employment offers. These decisions remain solely with the police department, fire department, emergency communication center, municipality, county, government agency, or other employer responsible for the position.
